Blitz’s Brain/Belly Challenge On Thanksgiving Night

Feed your belly and feed your brain: Challenge the Blitz Encleverment Experiment team LIVE on Thursday and win prizes!

Blitz Arcade is challenging the worldwide community to battle it out against the developers of XBLA game Encleverment Experiment to mark thanksgiving tomorrow.

Encleverment Experiment is an Xbox Live based quiz game hosted by the very cleverly named Professor Ivor Question. British players should have an advantage because Americans eating Turkey will, apparently, be ingesting tryptophan which increases serotonin production and leads to sleepiness.
The Blitz Belly/Brain Challenge is suitable for anyone ages five and older so you can involve the entire family, if they’re into that sort of thing. Victorious challenges will have the chance to win some exclusive Encleverment Experiment prizes.

We’d love to see how people are getting on with the game,” says Ed Linley, Design Manager for Blitz Arcade. “And having spent many long hours nailing the gameplay we’d like to think we have a pretty good chance against the gamers out there… but we’ll find out!”

The challenge shouldn’t be too difficult though because they developers invented a word to describe their game which is supposed to promote intelligence. Er, yeah.

Players can take part between 11 am and 3 pm EST / 8 am and noon PST / 4 pm and 10 pm GMT on Thursday, November 26, 2009.Players wanting to take on the developers should add any of the following Xbox accounts to their Friends list:

  • EncleverEd
  • CranialChris
  • CalculatingKory
  • XperimentClaire
  • AnalyticalAnya
  • NeuronNat

See what they did there? All the names have something to do with being clever or brains? Apart from maybe CranialChris who will just skull-bash you into submission.
